• Payment information: processed securely through Stripe via GoHighLevel. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Scan data: when you use the free scan or subscribe, we query AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini) on your behalf and store the results in your account.
• Usage data: we collect standard analytics data including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our product.

We use your information to:

• Run AI visibility scans for your business
• Display your results and track trends over time
• Send you alerts when your visibility score changes
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send product updates and important service notifications
• Improve our product and services

We do not use your data to train AI models.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

• Payment processors: Stripe (via GoHighLevel) to process your payments.
• AI engine APIs: we send your business name and location to AI engines to perform visibility scans. These queries are made through their standard APIs and public interfaces.
• Infrastructure providers: our hosting providers (Vercel, Railway, Supabase) process data as part of delivering our service.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase (database), Railway (application), and Vercel (website). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices. Scan results and historical data are retained as long as your account is active.

You can:

• Access your data through your dashboard at any time
• Export your data via PDF reports
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@aireadyplumber.com
• Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard

We will respond to data deletion requests within 30 days.
