Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free on the Professional plan. No credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial. After 14 days, your account pauses unless you add a payment method. We don't auto-charge.
What counts as a "tracked prompt"?
A tracked prompt is a specific question we query against AI engines on your behalf. Examples: "best plumber in Phoenix for water heater replacement" or "licensed plumbers open on weekends in Dallas." Starter plans include 25 prompts, Pro 75, Growth 150. You can suggest prompts to add to your library.
Why does Starter only cover 2 engines?
ChatGPT and Perplexity account for the majority of AI search traffic. Starter is designed for businesses that want to start monitoring without full coverage. Professional adds Google AI Overviews and Gemini. Growth also adds future engines (Claude, Copilot) as we integrate them.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is the content pipeline a subscription?
No — it's a one-time purchase ($497 Standard or $997 Premium). The pages we build are yours permanently. You're not paying a monthly fee for content management. Monitoring is separate, starting at $49/mo.
What if my score doesn't improve after the content pipeline?
We run a post-deployment verification scan to document results. AI engines update on their own schedules, so we scan 14 days after deployment. If significant improvement isn't measurable, we'll review the deployment and address any gaps — we stand behind the work.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20%. Starter drops to $39/mo, Professional to $79/mo, and Growth to $119/mo when billed annually. You can switch to annual billing from your dashboard at any time.
Is there a limit on how many businesses I can monitor?
Each subscription monitors one business location. If you operate multiple locations or manage clients, contact us — we have agency and multi-location arrangements available.
